  • How soon can you inspect our pool heating issue?
    Generally within 2 to 5 days. We can offer assistance over the phone also for anyone wanting a DIY service. We do offer emergency services with additional surcharges.
  • Do you replace systems if the pool heating issue is too far gone?
    We can replace solar systems and heat pumps if your system is no longer in working order. Prior to doing any work, we will be upfront and honest with your current situation and the costs involved for replacement.
  • How much are the call out fees?
    Our fees are $250 for a call out fee. Labour at $40 per 15 mins Plus Materials. With all unexpected or additional charges, you will be informed upfront.
  • Do we sell Pool Equipment?
    Yes, we do. To obtain a quote, give us a call or we can do a site inspection and quote accordingly.
  • What is your warranty on your workmanship?
    One year in field labour. This does not include storm damage, bird, rodent damages.
  • How do I make a booking?
    You can give us a call, 7 days a week or simply fill out the online form and we will give you a call back.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
